The flat should be cleaned by you on departure.
If this is not the case, you will be charged 300F (45,73€) for this service.

Any cancellation must be confirmed to us in writing or by fax.
if it happens less than 2 weeks before the arrival date or if you do not come, no refund will be made.
In case of reimbursement, 200F (30,49€ ) is charged to cover administration costs.		The RESERVATION will be taken into account only after a written confirmation and payment of 25% equivalent to the total amount of your stay is received.

		The Balance must be paid at the latest 10 days before the beginning of your stay. Upon arrival, a deposit of 1000F (152,45€) will be requested from you.
